I am getting ready to head down to Orlando to speak at the NSCA Sport Specific Conference so for those of you that are attending I hope we will be able to connect.
I am presenting on 'The Coaching Mindset- How To Get The Most Out Of Your Athletes'. I have presented on this topic a few times already the past few months but this should be a ton of fun as there is some new material added to the talk.
I will post a few take home points here on the blog upon my return.
Have a great week!
